OUR STORY
Elogium develops a probiotic solution that we believe will revolutionize the chicken broiler industry. With the ban of use of antibiotics for increasing the weight of broiler chickens in the European Union and the United States, broiler producers are extensively looking for natural solutions for increasing broiler weight and feed conversion ratio. Our multinational team of science and business professionals from Latvia and Slovenia, in close cooperation with the University of Ljubljana, believe to have found the right solution.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Our unique strain of Bacillus subtilis bacteria is a four million year old solution to present problems. Initial studies have proved that our probiotic solution successfully fights salmonella and campylobacter inside chicken gut system, thus eliminating the threat this bacteria poses to human health. At the same time, a significant increase in the body mass of broiler chickens was observed. We believe that the results of pre-clinical studies arriving in mid-2022 will prove the weight gain is significantly higher than our competitors can offer.

On the 10th of March 2023 “Elogium Probiotics’’ Ltd. has signed an agreement Nr. SKV-L-2023/108 with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for the project "International competitiveness promotion", which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
